Blossom. I'm trying to confirm some details with djnova. Have to thank
Secret Squirrel for his post on the game series' title.
EDIT: Okay, djnova cleared some of my doubts. The information I've
posted for "Border of Life (dBU Arr.)" should be correct. The
ShrineMaiden fansite (listed below) suggests that ZUN is a single
person and was responsible for Perfect Cherry Blossom's music. "dBU
Arr." refers to the song being arranged by dBU (I've been able to find
what looks like the official dBU Music site; I'm thinking dBU music is
a group of some sort).

About Star Fox 64 -
The track in question is composed by Hajime Wakai, not both him and
Koji Kondo. The JPN OST booklet makes it pretty clear that the two
composed separate tracks, not a collaboration on all of them.
