Sorry for not responding earlier. I'll take
Skull Fang, Street Fighter and Hot Shots Golf. Will have problems
finding the composer for Skull Fang, though...
EDIT:
Thanks for the heads up, CHz! It was immensely helpful. Sorry for the
long PM of questions, Vonage Lady/MoO. Didn't realise you had uploaded
the track when I sent the PM. While I'm still in the process of
confirming some details for Skull Fang and Hot Shots Golf, here's what
I've been able to find so far (if I can't get anything more in the next
7 hours, just use whatever I've been able to dig up):
EDIT 2: Some updates from mrman1 and KyleDunamis (see entries below for Skull Fang and Hot Shots Golf: Open Tee)
Composer: Hiroaki "Maro" Yoshida
Album/Game Title: Skull Fang (Sega Saturn Red Book Audio)
Track Title: Track 3
Disc Number: 1 (of 1)
Track Number: 3
Catalog Number: None
Year: 1997
Additional Information: Skull Fang is from Data East (I remember
them for their arcade games) and is a vertical scolling shooter. In
Japanese arcades, Skull Fang is known as Sky Shark (unrelated to the
1989 Taito shooter for the NES). There is no US release for SKull Fang.

Composer: Hideki Okugawa
Album/Game Title: Street Fighter III: 3rd Strike - Fight for the Future (Dreamcast Gamerip)
Track Title: Chun-Li Stage -CHINA VOX mix1-
Disc Number: 1 (of 2)
Track Number: 6
Catalog Number: None
Year: 2000
Additional Information: Minor quip: The US version is listed as
"Street Fighter III: Third Strike" while the Japanese version is
"Street Fighter III: 3rd Strike." I'm sticking with the Japanese
version. The "Fight for the Future" subtitle is sometimes omitted but I
decided to leave it in since the Japanese box art for the game in
Mobygames' entry has it.

Artist: Nihon Self Co. Ltd (There might have been more people
inviloved? The game's manual is not entirely clear but I guess either
this or Shingo Okumura as artist should do)
Composer: Shingo Okumura (confirmed by KyleDunamis from the game's manual)
Album/Game Title: Hot Shots Golf: Open Tee (PSP Gamerip)
Track Title: Olive Coast Course
Disc Number: None
Track Number: None
Catalog Number: None
Year: 2005
Additional Information: The first PSP gamerip!!! The Nihon Self
website also credits Okumura for Hot Shots Golf: Open Tee. KyleDunamis
said he only ripped this single track from his game and that no
complete rip is yet available so I decided to put the disc number as
"none."

As luck would have it, Elorin, I was
discussing those tracks with TCK in #sotw not so long ago, so I have
some info that you might find useful.
Skull Fang: According to an interview at http://www.rocketbaby.net/interview...ki_yoshida.html, the composer's name is Hiroaki "Maro" Yoshida. The albums with catalog numbers PCCB-00055 and PCCB-00205 might be soundtracks, but one doesn't have a track listing and the other looks like an arrange album.
Street Fighter III: All indications appear that this is
Street Fighter III: Third Strike for the Dreamcast. There's a game rip
listing (but no download) at http://cubedgz.dynamic-dns.net:8080...tails.php?id=64 and OST at http://www.gmronline.com/info.asp?CatNumber=CPCA-1028. I don't know what the relation between the "mix1," "mix2," and "mix3" of each game rip track is with the track on the OST. Mo0 just uploaded the track, and it's definitely from the game rip.
Hot Shots Golf: Open Tee: Didn't find anything at all about
this, really. You'll probably just have to use the information provided
in the nomination post.
Also, I'll snag the Game Graffiti whatsits CD.
EDIT:
Artist: Mario Freaks Orchestra
Composer: Nintendo Sound Staff
Album/Game Title: Game Music Graffiti
Track Title: Famicom Detective Club ~Ushiro ni Tatsu Shoujo~
Disc Number: 2 (of 2)
Track Number: 5
Catalog Number: COCA-6969~70
Year: 1990
Additional information: This is actually a compilation of three
previous "Graffiti" albums, "Famicom Grafitti Nintendo Cartridge
Edition (CA-4473), Famicom Grafitti Nintendo Disk Card Edition
(CA-4474), and of course Game Boy Grafitti (COCA-6327)"

Just as a note, I believe that mix1, mix2, and
mix3 correspond to rounds 1, 2, and 3 in the game. Each song has 3
mixes, and all 3 are attached to one stage. (This is referring to the
SF3 track.)

Woohoo! But with this, I've to say goodbye to
the SotW Research Team. I've had a great time helping out and wouldn't
have been able to pull off a number of songs without help from you
guys. Thank you! Hope to be able to do this again during the year end
vacation!

I agree. You've been a great help in getting
the tracks out in time for the upcoming week. Whenever you have time,
stop on by because I'm sure we could use your help again in the future.
I stole this cake just for you:

Let's just pretend your name is Dr. Greenley.
